| ERISA is the federal law controlling many employee benefit issues. Michael H. Rosenthal has been representing clients in ERISA matters since 1995. First, as a Senior Attorney for the United States Department of Labor, he litigated enforcement actions against plan fiduciaries that mismanaged plan assets or authorized transactions specifically prohibited by ERISA. Next, as an attorney with a large, Philadelphia based law firm, he counseled employers, plan fiduciaries and plan service providers in a broad array of ERISA matters ranging from individual disability, severance and pension benefits claims to class action litigation involving issues such as discrimination, worker misclassification, and fiduciary breaches. |
